Firstly thank you so much for the wonderful retreat! it was perfect for me. I felt at home straightaway The surroundings are tranquil and being in nature is such a de-stressor. Having not done any yoga for a considerable time, I was delighted to feel great afterwards . You are always very intuitive and read our group of fabulous women so well. The meditations and workshops helped me stop and reflect as well Some emotions surfaced that caught me by surprise and I have been exploring these since.

Hello Kim Just have to report on a wonderful holiday with our USA family. Met at the airport with smiles tears and balloons wonderful, Peter so pleased I coped on the flight. Return just as good only 61/2 hours back. There is so much more to experience must go back.

"Kim's online Tuesday Evening Yoga Classes, are beyond measure in the nourishment, comfort, inspiration, encouragement, support, and love for all and from all, that make-up such a valued Class. I love how each Class is so very different, and how one can learn so much from both the movements and the wisdom imparted by Kim. I really value how there is always a set theme for each individual Class, and I really like how Kim takes us through each Season. A Nature's Almanac, as it were, where the Yoga itself takes it to a whole new level.
