Terms and Conditions
All bookings to be paid in advance on confirmation of the appointment.

Personal clients are required to look after their own Health and Wellbeing and Kim Rossi does not hold responsibility for anything that happens outside of the Therapy Room/Skype/Zoom session.
I agree to supply the Services to you, and you agree to pay the Fee for the same subject to these Terms.
The exact date and time of our supply of the Services is agreed when you book on the website, or both parties confirm a date and time via email.
My obligations
I shall endeavour to provide the Services in accordance with these Terms.
In the event that I cancel the Services or a Session, as applicable, for any reason, I will offer you a new date for the Services or the Session and no additional Fee shall be payable by you.
I acknowledge that anything you share with me is completely confidential. (Unless in the unlikely event we are required to do so by law). Client Supervision may also be sought at intervals.
Payment
For coaching sessions payment of the Fee by you to me shall be by BACs on confirmation of the appointment. Payment of all sums shall be made in pounds sterling.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you decide to cancel your Services and no longer wish to use them, the Fee is non-refundable, 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of appointments otherwise full payment is due.
Costs of Essence™ Coaching Sessions
One hour Coaching: £79
90 mins Coaching: £99
Two-hour Coaching: £130
4 x one-hour sessions: £299
4 x 90 minutes £380
(All four sessions to be taken within 4 months from date of first appointment).
Couples Coaching:
One Hour: £85
90 mins: £115
Two Hours: £150
4 x one-hour sessions: £320
(All four sessions to be taken within 4 months from date of first appointment).

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable and must be paid in advance of attending. It is the responsibility of the client to make their own travel arrangements unless otherwise stated. For retreats, it is the responsibility of the client to book their own travel insurance.
Kim Rossi and the retreat centre attended, reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary or the accommodation without notice if rendered necessary because of unpredictable situations arising & to refuse to retain a participant in a retreat group if conditions warrant it or if deemed necessary for the comfort or safety of participants, without refund. No responsibility is taken by Kim Rossi or any venue used for any loss, accident, damage, injury or irregularity during or after the group, course, retreat or session. Sunnydale Barn and any other residential or non-residential venue used during the group, Kim Rossi does not assume responsibility for participants’ property or welfare during or after the group, course, retreat or session. No responsibility is taken by Kim Rossi or any venue used, for materials, approaches or structures experienced or learned during a course or employed after a course. Or for the responses a participant or anyone connected with them have during or after a course.
Yoga Subscription
One months notice is required to cancel the yoga subscription.
Yoga Classes Live and Online
Live – payment to be made before attending unless paying by cash.
Property Rights
The Website and all intellectual property protecting the Website (“Content”) are the sole and exclusive property of us.
